"I want to be traded before the draft,
and if that doesn't happen, I want to be
traded as soon as possible. I don't intend on reporting to anything."
Great anecdote from ex-Giants QB Jessie Palmer.
The NFL can sometimes be cruel to veteran
players, even former stars. We see it all the
time. These players are revered for years, only to see their play fall off a little, and then have fans cry loudly for them to be replaced. Get faster. Get ...
It comes as no surprise that two of
the three quarterbacks up for this week's FedEx Air
& Ground honor came from the Browns' thrilling 51-45 victory over the Bengals. In his fourth career start, Cleveland's Derek Anderson had a career game with five ...
Gatorade. Under Armour. Reebok. These are good endorsements
to have. After seeing the FanHaus's terrific find ,
I'm thinking maybe it's a good idea to pass on the hot dog ads. Unless I was in college, but that was only ...
Hola. Ok, I swear to you Ballhype isn't
endorsing any of the following products and any money
we might receive will be by accident cool? Cool. This week's Bracketfest, we'll look at the worst athlete endorsement deals/ads out there. The criteria is pretty simple: it's mainly an ad we find is the worst possible pairing with the athlete. Here are your nominees: LeBron in Lawnmower ad ...
The final installment in what was one of
the highlights of sports blogging Super Bowl coverage.
Ocho Cinco has been promising all summer that
he will be breaking out some serious TD celebrations
this season, or as he puts it, he’ll be getting his “ sexy back .” Tonight, he scored his first TD of the year on a deep bomb from ...
This new tradition has been fun even when
the outcome of the game hasn’t. It’s in that
spirit that we roll out… The top ten reasons why it’s much cooler to be a Kansas Chiefs fan than a Cincinnati Bungles fan… 10. “Doing a Houshmandzadeh” sounds dirtier than The Cincinnati Bowtie. 9. Unlike Ocho Cinco, Dwayne Bowe doesn’t [...]

For a team that had aspirations of winning
its division and making it to the playoffs, the
2007 season for the Cincinnati Bengals can only be described as a disappointment. The Bengals finished 8-8 overall and received uninspiring performances from Carson Palmer, Rudi Johnson and Chad Johnson, all of whom were expected to make big contributions.
The picture to the right should be an
important lesson that not all endorsements deals are a
good idea. Some are obvious bad ideas on product endorsements: enemas, erectile dysfunction drugs and toupees hair replacement systems, to name just a few. ...
Carson Palmer has not been involved in any

As June comes to a close, NFL camps
are starting to break and a new football season
is near. And you all know what that means--Fantasy Football. FF has gained national interest within the past few years as a fun game for football fans of all ages. But it's really just another excuse to gamble and watch as much football as humanly possible. Once a week leading up to your drafts, I will rank ...
Listen to this statement from Carson Palmer, who
was a little too anxious to spew hate towards
the Buckeyes on an LA-based radio station. He apparently doesn't care that much of his Bengals fan base are also Buckeyes fans. But hey, if Lebron can wear a Yankees hat, why can't Carson Palmer do the same?

This is hilarious, with the Seinfeld reference to
boot. The picture is too good to be true.
During the Steelers dismantling of the Bengals today
in which they moved to 5-2, Chad Johnson was
lobbed a bomb by Carson Palmer, which he dropped. Not all that extraordinary, you say?
