would send Seahawks wide receiver Darrell Jackson to the Niners in exchange for one of their fourth-rounders

The battle for #2 wide receiver is definitely
heating up in the Denver Broncos. The key competitors
in this are Samie Parker, Darrell Jackson, Keary Colbert, Brandon Stokley and 2nd round pick Eddie Royal. The #1 slot is of course locked in, with Brandon Marshall. Marshall is ahead of schedule in his rehab, as he’s currently running routes with the team but not yet allowed to catch passes

the team with Arnaz Battle, Isaac Bruce, Ashley Lelie, and Jason Hill to compete for the starting jobs. This looks like enough for the team not to pursue a possible wide receiver in the draft. But now, with Jackson gone, the Niners are trying to figure out what's the next step.
