The Washington Redskins fired assistants Gregg Williams and

Maybe nothing can convince Gregg Williams that head
coach of the Washington Redskins is not the job
for him. Perhaps being among the last interviewees, and having his name whispered in media reports while names like Pete Carroll and Bill Cowher were being shouted from the rooftops isn't enough to convince him of which way the organization is looking, and it isn't within.

Why Jacksonville's hire of Gregg Williams as defensive
coordinator makes sense for Jack Del Rio and Williams.
The Jaguars, who already have an excellent defense, should be much more agressive in 2008.
