Jake J. Brahm has pleaded guilty to charges
held against him for his false postings on the
Internet about terrorist attacks on NFL stadiums in Oct. of 2006. The postings connected the attacks to Osama bin Laden , as reported by USAToday.com : Brahm had said the stadiums were in Miami , Atlanta , Seattle , Houston , Oakland , Cleveland and New York City .

The Dolphins can officially be taken off the
clock after agreeing to terms with Michigan offensive tackle
Jake Long, who will become the first pick in the 2008 draft. The organization has called a 1:45 p.m. press conference to announce the signing of Long, the draft's top offensive lineman, who gave up to two sacks and committed two penalties throughout his entire collegiate career.

Carolina Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme was back under
center during his team’s voluntary minicamp today. It seems
like a miraculous recovery considering Jake went through “Tommy John surgery” (doctors replaced the failed ligament in his right elbow with a tendon from his left thigh) just eight months ago.

Mock Draft. Here are a few projections of interest:
2. St. Louis Rams: Jake Long, T, Michigan. They will consider one of the top defensive tackles here, but after what happened to the offensive line last season they need to improve that unit. Long will start at left tackle with Alex Barron going back to the right side
