The title can be considered an oxymoron, but
for at least one night, it was true. Shockey
treated some of his teammates to a night of partying with strippers at Score, the night before the start of training camp. One skan... I mean "dancer" said "Jeremy said he was being the big brother and treating them all to a night of fun. This was going to be their last chance to stay out late." This ...
Are the defending Super Bowl Champions imploding? After
what seemed like a magical season, the New York
Giants appear to have been struck by Murphy's Law. Michael Strahan has retired, Jeremy Shockey isn't happy, Plaxico Burress wants more money and several teammates aren't happy with that. It could be a long year for the boys in blue.
The Giants have announced their 2008 Training Camp
schedule. Beginning July 25, there will be 29 total
practices over 19 days. In a radio interview reported on by Mike Garafolo, Plaxico Burress indicated that he expects his contract situation to be resolved prior to camp. Tom Rock is reporting that Jason Taylor loves NYC and would not be adverse to playing there.
In honor of Michael Pittman’s prodigious musculature, Vick’s
Dogs will stage a field-of-8 NFL-only tournament to determine
“Who Would Win in a Fight?” All competitors weigh roughly 250 lbs, except for Michael Pittman – he’s handicapped 30 lbs in order to make things fair. The bracket: (1) Ray Lewis vs (8) Calvin Johnson (2) Brian Urlacher vs (7) Ben Watson (3) Jeremy Shockey vs (6) ...
Seattle has joined New Orleans in pursuit of
Jeremy Shockey. And while it's not clear what the
Seahawks is willing to give up, they know the Giants have already rejected the Saints' offer of a second-round pick.
The New York Giants have a mandatory mini-camp
next week and the question all off-season has been
will Jeremy Shockey still be with the team? And if he is will he show up for mini-camp? Supposedly, he’s unhappy and wants to be traded. Supposedly, the Giants front office is still shopping the tight end. Supposedly, his teammates have been calling him, letting him know he truly is wanted on the team

Jeremy Shockey to New Orleans for 2nd- and 5th-
round draft picks.
Even though the Giants apparently have done exactly
what Jeremy Shockey asked them to do - trade
him to the Saints - the tight end previously told reporters from Newsday's Kidsday in a video interview that he will be looking for revenge when he takes ...
With Jeremy Shockey now residing in New Orleans,
the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants are
left with depleted depth at the tight end position. And while Kevin Boss will fill in adequately as the starter, the G-Men are in desperate need of quality talent behind him. Giants 101's David Syvertsen suggests that a trade may be on the horizon -- but who are the targets?
Jeremy Shockey has not formally demanded a trade
from the Giants, but he has made it very
clear he wouldn't be upset if it happened, either. The brash tight end, who missed the Giants' championship run with a broken leg, has been sounding off for more ...
215 carries, 85 catches, 1,700 combined yards, 13
total touchdowns. Those are the numbers Larry Holder of
the Sun Herald expects of Saints’ runningback Reggie Bush this season. Yes, that Reggie Bush. The same Bush that struggled mightly in 2007 after starting runningback Deuce McAllister suffered his second severe knee injury in three seasons. The same Bush that succombed to a knee ...

career being paid to express opinions, and he wasted
no time showing his willingness to do so.
The Jason Taylor trade that was rumored but
always “danced around” by the Dolphins seemed like it
was never going to happen until it did on Sunday. Little did we know yesterday that the bigger fantasy football news was still to come this week. The other much-rumored trade of disgruntled Jeremy Shockey to the New Orleans Saints is a done deal today.
This summer we heard a lot from Chad
Johnson talking to the media. Shoot, we always hear
a lot from Johnson, but this summer it was about him wanting to be traded. Jeremy Shockey complained to the Giants much like Chad has, and Shockey wound up in a Saints uniform. So why hasn’t Ocho Cinco left yet? Could it be his big mouth?
