for DUI, WTVF-TV reported. Police pulled Kearse over after
seeing his car speeding and swerving. The officer who pulled the Titans over said Kearse exhibited slurred speach, red eyes, smelled of alcohol and he reportedly refused a breath test. The Titans signed Jevon Kearse back in March after he was released by the Eagles this offseason.
