When Kenny Phillips took the field for the Giants' rookie mini-camp this weekend, he was wearing No. 21. That may have been Tiki Barber's old number, but it was also Sean Taylor's. Phillips said he's wearing it "out of respect" to him.

Kenny Phillips is what he is. He’s a guy who looked like an elite prospect three years ago, got banged up, and had a disappointing junior season in 2007. He opted not to return for his senior year, and he enters the 2008 draft as the top rated safety prospect.
