Young hit a leaping Kenny Britt for a 10-yard touchdown as time expired, and the Tennessee Titans rallied to beat the Arizona Cardinals 20-17 Sunday for their fifth straight victory. Young won his ninth straight start and improved to 23-11 in his career by driving the Titans 99 yards in the final 2:37.

Cards QB Warner won't play against Titans

Arizona quarterback Kurt Warner isn't playing Sunday against the Tennessee Titans as a precaution a week after hitting his head against the turf. That gives Matt Leinart his first start since 2007. Warner practiced throughout the week and had been listed as questionable. But the Cardinals (7-3) host the Minnesota Vikings on Dec. 6 in a key NFC game. So coach Ken Whisenhunt played it safe and deactivated Warner, snapping the quarterback's starts streak at 41.

State of the Arizona Cardinals, as They Prepare for Titans

Losing rookie backer Will Davis for 4-6 weeks is a blow to a defense. There is hope he can play again this season, as he was coming on strong with two sacks, twelve tackles and increased playing time. Now more than ever the Cardinals need Chike Okeafor to battle through his back issues and get back on the field. Though he has missed the last two games, he is still tied for the team lead with 4.5 sacks. The immediate future looks bright as Okeafor participated in practice this week and will likely play. Having the luxury of signing Monty Biesel off the street is fortunate though. Biesel was on Kansas City's roster briefly this season, and has 43 games with the Cardinals under his belt. Biesel can fill in admirably at linebacker and is a special teams warrior. One quiet development of late is receiver Early Doucet apparently passing Jerheme Urban on the depth chart. Cards' Warner leaves after blow to head (AP)

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner left Sunday's game after taking a blow to the head in the second quarter, and the team said his return was questionable. Warner was in uniform but on the sideline for the start of the second half as Matt Leinart took over. Warner was 15 for 19 for 203 yards and two touchdowns, helping the Cardinals take a 21-3 lead.
