Mike McGlynn, a senior from Pittsburgh, spent most
of his career at the tackle position—until last year,
when he was switched out of necessity to the guard. McGlynn has great burst off the snap and the ability to muscle his man—even in one-on-one situations—while being pretty quick, not letting the quicker ends cut the corner on him.
