to have ever graced the NFL last year. They
brought in Mike Martz to save them. But does Martz have the tools to run his complex offense? Is Alex Smith or Shaun Hill ready? Will they run the ball at all with Frank Gore? Will they even use Vernon Davis properly? What about the wideouts? Are they even good enough for the offense?

As a 49ers fan, i was spoiled as
a kid. I caught on to football right when
Steve Young led the 49ers to their fifth Superbowl title. All I knew was success. But after some years of losing seasons, I don't know what kind of fan I am.
