MIAMI -- Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor has
died, a day after he was shot at home,
said family friend Richard Sharpstein. He said Taylor's father called him around 5:30 a.m. to tell him the news.
MIAMI, Nov. 27 -- Washington Redskins safety Sean
Taylor died early Tuesday from the gunshot wound he
suffered a day before in his Miami home.

often, without cameras, analysis, or widespread mourning. A black male with all the potential in the world to succeed, cut short because of past transgressions.
The New England Patriots have chosen to not
wear the "21" sticker in remembrance of Sean Taylor.
Instead, there's a "91" in its place. Maybe they have a point...

Colts, Vikings and Chargers. He finished his career completing
318 of 577 passes (55.1 percent), for 3,824 yards, with 19 touchdowns and 19 interceptions. Salisbury is now an analyst for ESPN, and this morning on ESPN Radio they read an e-mail from a listener who wrote in saying he'd like to give Salisbury a holiday gift of one more career

The murder of Redskins safety Sean Taylor has
led several NFL players to re-assess whether they're safe
enough. One such player is Vikings defensive tackle Pat Williams . Sean Jensen of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that Williams now carries a 9mm Glock on his hip whenever he answers the door. "You never know," Williams said. "(Taylor's death) made me more aware.
Former University of Texas running back Ramonce Taylor
is serving five months in jail for violating the
terms of his probation agreement. The sentence was handed down by District Judge Martha Trudo which also added an additional five years to his promation.
We remember the man and the player that
was Sean Taylor. Taylor died overnight after his shooting
