TSN is reporting the Flyers have waived defenseman
Denis Gauthier. The Flyers announced that they have acquired
defenseman Tim Ramholt from the Calgary Flames. Left wing Kyle Greentree was sent to Calgary in exchange for Ramholt. The Flyers are also reporting that newly acquired defenseman Janne Niskala has been traded to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
