Cue Magical Music, Cut to Little Boy!

I have to agree with some other assessments out there in that the NHL's Winter Classic commercial is pretty decent. It's a nice mixture of hockey, Elf, The Day After Tomorrow, nostalgia, and Slovakian giants. There's just one thing I'm not entirely sure of. There's Pronger, yep.
Flyers playing for Stevens' job; Briere, Gagne progressing | Philadelphia Inquirer | 11/29/2009

What's my take on John Stevens' future as the Flyers' coach? The Flyers, who have lost five of their last six, are playing for his job. Either they step up, or the gentlemanly Stevens might be asked to step down. Yes, injuries have played a role in the club's mediocre first two months. But the ...

KK Hockey found this 9 days ago on philly.com

Find more top sports news, videos, and blogs on BallHype: NHL, Philadelphia Flyers, Danny Briere, Simon Gagne

Gagne practices with Flyers

Flyers left wing Simon Gagne, sidelined since Oct. 25 with groin and hernia issues, participated in practice today and skated on a line with Claude Giroux and Dan Carcillo.
Gagne wore a yellow "injury" jersey, so he is not yet cleared to play, but he participated in the full practice, which ...

Flyers Fan Central found this 9 days ago on blogs.courierpostonline.com

Find more top sports news, videos, and blogs on BallHype: NHL, Philadelphia Flyers, Simon Gagne, Claude Giroux, Jeff Carter, Danny Briere, Mike Richards
