The Pittsburgh Penguins beat the New York Rangers on Sunday afternoon 2-0 to give them a 2-0 lead in the best of 7 series. Marc-Andre Fleury turned aside all 26 shots thrown at him by the Rangers offense to post his 2nd career playoff shutout. In a tremendous goaltender matchup this afternoon between the Penguins’ Marc-Andre Fleury and the Rangers’ Henrik Lundqvist, it was Fleury who came out the victor as he stopped 26 Rangers shots for his second shutout of the playoffs as the Penguins defeated the Rangers, 2-0.
