The goaltending situation for the Pittsburgh Penguins took
a major hit today, as the Pens announced that
starting goalie Marc-Andre Fleury has a high ankle sprain and will be sidelined for six to eight weeks. That makes his return at late January at the earliest and mid February at the latest, hopefully.

Cup finals 10,000 times to see who will win
between the Red Wings and the Penguins. One team wins 68% of the time, with the most common occurrence a 5-game series.
The Penguins announced today that they have recalled
forward Connor James from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. James has 16 points
in 25 games with the Baby Penguins this year. Goalie Marc-Andre Fleury and winger Max Talbot are considered on the Injured Reserve list.
