I’ve learned to take the wins with the
loses and the loses with the wins. When you
train your hardest and put your best effort forward, the results you may hope for do not always happen.

I heard there was a fan protest going
on Monday night but the stadium was packed, the
atmosphere was live and it felt like a big-time game. It was only my second time on Monday Night Football so I really enjoyed it.

It used to be that while watching a
sporting event on television, the commercial breaks had a
some what of an entertainment factor to them.

I feel like the bye week happened at
a perfect time for us. It’s a great time
to get everybody back on the field, get everybody healed up. It’s the latest in a season I’ve ever had a bye week and we’ve got a tough stretch ahead of us.

It’s always a big game when you play
on Monday Night Football. On my video blog this
week I talk about taking on Tennessee in a division game in front of a national audience.

We hit a little bit of a bump,
but it’s good to get a win and get
back to it. We went back and took at look at ourselves … what we were doing wrong … and then we went out and corrected it.

The Colts were a good team but I
thought that was a game we should have won.
That offense is going to be tough to stop, it’s legit. Peyton is the best quarterback in the game, the guy knows how to win. The whole game you think you got him, then they squeak it out in the end.

Sure felt good to win and also to
put that hit on Brandon Marshall. Got to see
my boy D.J. Williams with his Mohawk. I'm pretty positive our offense worked him over pretty good because I saw him lying on his back a few times.

During the bye week I just rested up,
that’s about it. I didn’t get the chance to
go home because a small hurricane came through, so I just chilled out here, relaxed and rested up. Got my head on straight so I can finish out the season strong.

After our third straight win we know the
season is not over yet. But we’re also not
looking too far ahead. Every week is a one-game season at this point. We have to go ahead and get ready for Houston, they’re coming off a bye and have had a lot of time to prep for us.

We played a great game against the Bears
last week. The offense put us up early which
made our job as a defense easier. They showed some fight late, but we were able to hold them off for the big win.

Here in Philadelphia for the Declaration of Derby
national tournament, and it is derby Heaven. The Gotham
Girls beat Detroit 187-38 after starting the bout down 11-0. Have to say loved the way Detroit played, and they had some good skaters.

We knew going into the game with the
Bears that they were gonna throw the ball a
lot, but our offense made it so they had pretty much no choice. We were up 34-7 at the half so we knew what they had to do in the second half.
