It wasn’t so much that the Jacksonville Jaguars
defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field, it was
how they did it. The Jags cheated. Jacksonville had the ball at their 49-yard line, with one timeout and 2:38 left on the clock...

For Romo it was the choke that started
it all. Even after replay overturned Jason Witten’s 3rd
down catch, bringing up fourth down on Seattle’s 2-yardline, it still looked like the Cowboys were going to win this Wild Card playoff game. Granted, Dallas was trailing 20-21, but with 1:16 left...

The Seattle Seahawks gave Mike Holmgren a cherry
red Harley-Davidson motorcycle after conducting his final practice as
head coach (judging by the way the Seahawks have played this year, it was also their first practice). “I’m touched by it. This is really a nice Christmas present."

The final game of the 2008 NFL regular
season will feature the Denver Broncos and San Diego
Chargers playing for the AFC West title on NBC’s Sunday Night Football. While I’m neither a Broncos fan nor a Chargers fan, I’m highly anticipating this contest.
