You probably think the Steelers lost on Sunday
since the team couldn't convert in the red zone,
the special teams gave up another kick-off TD return, Roethlisberger had a poor game and Cincinnati's lines played better. I think Jimmy Fallon is to blame for bringing up the Madden Curse to Polamalu.

I had a chance to interview Jim Shearer,
the former MTV2 VJ, current host of VH1's Top
20 Video Countdown, and the genius behind Yinz Luv 'Da Stillers and Yinz Luv 'Da Guins. Check out his thoughts on Limas Sweed, 50 Cent, Flavor Flav and making the Pittsburgh sports videos.

I asked some of the best Steelers bloggers
their predictions for the season including the number of
James Harrison sacks, Limas Sweed catches, and whether or not Jeff Reed will be arrested during the season. Here are their thoughts.

Looking to take a break from fantasy football
research? Enter the Ted Marshall Open and select ten
television shows that you believe will not return for the 2010-2011 television season. Good luck! OK, back to deciding who to select with the #7 pick in this week's draft!

The Pittsburgh Steelers agreed to a 5-year contract
with their first round draft pick out of the
University of Missouri, Ziggy Hood. Since monetary terms were unavailable, this Ziggy was not impressed.

Since no one has mentioned this elsewhere, I'd
like to be the first: the Pittsburgh Pirates received
the 2009 version of Rafael Belliard in the Adam LaRoche trade with the Red Sox! You may remember Belliard as a great glove, no-hit shortstop for the Pirates in the 80s and the Braves in the 90s.

After nearly a year, Detroit's Henrik Zetterberg finally
updated his website. His message: Thanks for this season!
We gave it our best shot and unfortunately we came up short this year. See you in October and have a great summer. Will he update his website in October?

It's been a while since we caught up
with my favorite LPGA golfer, Erica Blasberg. She's promoting
something called the Puma Open by starring in videos with NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne and New York Yankees' outfielder Johnny Damon

After scoring two goals in the Pittsburgh Penguins'
game seven 2-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings
and winning the Stanley Cup, the woman in the video would definitely go on a date with "superstar" Max Talbot. Even with (especially with?) the playoff beard!

This is the quote Mike Lange should use
if the Pittsburgh Penguins win the Stanley Cup on
Friday night. If you haven’t heard or read about this, Pittsburgh’s Head Coach Dan Bylsma eats an Ancho Chile Pork BBQ Burrito at Qdoba before Penguins home games.

This is a preview about everything you need
to know about the Pittsburgh Penguins-Detroit Red Wings rematch.
For example, Jordan Staal does not have any brothers on the Red Wings and Chris Chelios will be the oldest player ever in the Stanley Cup finals at the age of 72.

Does anyone at NHL Headquarters ever look at
their website? If so, they would know that links
to player sites such as Rick Nash shows a "this page cannot be found" message and sites for Jonathan Cheechoo & Michael Ryder have nothing to do with hockey!

Some highlights from the Washington Capitals message board
following the team's game 5 loss to the Penguins:
1. Dear Ted - Please cancel my season tickets for next season. 2. Too much individulizm on the Caps part, too much. No team chemistry. The problem? Too many Russians.
