In baseball’s version of the People’s Choice Awards, voting is now open in the Major League Baseball 2008 This Year in Baseball Awards. There are thirteen different categories, including best hitter, best play, and even a best oddity.
The coolest thing about these awards is that there is a short highlight video for each category nominee to help you make up your mind. Voting is open until Dec. 5. In addition, MLB was able to bring in State Farm Insurance as the lead sponsor.
