The curious case of roving defensive coordinator Bob Babich is difficult to read. Babich opened the season in the coaching box but moved onto the sideline after the bye week for the Nov. 2 game against Detroit. He was on the sideline for three games but moved back into the box Sunday at St. Louis. Babich was on the sideline early last season but moved up to the box after the bye week. He experimented with both places during the preseason.
