30 In 30: Minnesota Twins
skyking162 — ... brings out the Minnesota Twins, who hit a measly 118 homeruns last year. I really enjoy following this organization, as they do a great job of churning out young talent and competing with a payroll that’s consistently in the bottom half of the league. But then they go and do something dumb like keep Jason Bartlett in the minors for an extra year and a half and I’m happy I’m not a real fan. Don’t forget to check out Nick The Greek’s preview over at Home Run Derby. ...

Your Team Ain’t S#!t #13: The Twins
Bugs & Cranks — ... with Nick The Greek of Home Run Derby, but he makes some good points in his Twins preview. Especially, that Francisco Liriano might soon have a thing or two in common with Kerry Wood and Mark Prior. Also, people with the last name “The Greek” are often excellent prognosticators. Non Roster Invitee: Jon Knott - Twins
tireball.com 3/2/2008 — The concenses among some is that there is no need for Knott on the Twins with Craig Monroe aboard. Monroe hit just .219 last year with the Tigers but hit .271 against lefties and has a .273 average in his career against southpaws. Considering that Jason Kubel who the Twins expect to use at DH bats left there’s still reason enough to carry the right handed Knott.
