#4: Wade Davis
Although I am out of the baseball loop here in Victoria, I am currently in the mood to continue our countdown of the ”Tampa Bay Top 10″. With only four spots to go, we are now hitting the cream of the crop of Rays prospects. The next golden child on the list is pitcher Wade Davis, whose strong season and great power arsenal make him a certain candidate for the Rays rotation as soon as 2009.
