As BCS Administrator, Bill Hancock is the Bowl Championship Series' only employee. In his position, he is responsible for overseeing the weekly standings and is the spokesman for the BCS. During our exclusive interview with Mr. Hancock, RCS asked the following six questions with follow-ups:
