80s Flashback: Celtics Beat Pistons, Will Meet Lakers in Finals
Paul Pierce scored a very efficient 27 points (shooting 8-12 from the field and 10-13 from the free throw line) as the Celtics rallied from a 70-60 fourth quarter deficit to beat the Pistons 89-81 in game six of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Celtics will now advance to the NBA Finals, where they will face the Lakers in a matchup of the two most storied franchises in league history.
