... Flagrant foul: Stern should step down FL's Take: I agree that Stern should step down. The NBA needs some fresh blood at the top. I honestly believe that the ref scandal sits firmly at Stern's feet and wouldn't doubt the rumors that word came from the top to influence games. I also think that Stern has fixed lotteries to serve his own purposes. I don't trust him and feel that the NBA would be much better if he was replaced.
