Well, it was a long day in the MLB. Furcal, Renteria, Peavy, lots of rumors and none of them true or sound. At one point today, the Mets had offered a contract to Furcal and he was deciding soon between them and the A's. Now, it seems the A's and the Giants are fighting for him.
