... " by police. Or they say it can be added to his " list of misdemeanors ." Hello? Reality? Please come back. Let's call this one what it is. A humorous misunderstanding between a wacky slugger and a clueless officer who was no doubt trying to keep his eye on about 50 other things. At least, that's what I hope -- I'm used to umpires being blind, but not cops.
