... the Washington Nationals' second 1st Round pick Drew Storen and RHP Josh Wilkie. Stephen Strasburg, who was scheduled to start for the East squad, was scratched yesterday with what team officials are calling a "strained neck muscle", which will be enough to keep him out of action though no one appears too concerned.
The game will be broadcast live on MLB.tv and the MLB Network.
