Many people were wondering where Joba was with his velocity, but is this the right time to think about that? Every pitcher needs time to build up arm strngth..give him some time. I don’t think many people were complaining today after the performance he had earlier today. It was his final start of the spring and he didn’t disappoint. He went 5.1 innings, allowing allowing 5H, 2ER, 2R, 3BB and he struck out 6 batters. Joba picked up the win and his record this spring ends at (W-L) 4-0. Bruney entered the game in the 6th inning and recorded the last two outs without any trouble. Ramirez, Coke & Giese all threw scoreless frames in relief.
