First of lets get to the American TV ratings. Here’s some information from the Sports Business Watch: Last night’s NHL All-Star game on Versus earned a 0.76 rating in the metered markets, which is up from a 0.54 last year. Host city Atlanta’s preliminary rating was a 0.25, which is down from a 0.54 for host-city Dallas last year. No All-Star Game was played in ‘05 or ‘06. Versus’ numbers also
