Iverson and Grizzlies will part ways

The Memphis Grizzlies and guard Allen Iverson have agreed to terminate the veteran’s contract, according to a report by the Memphis Commerical Appeal.
Earlier Monday it was reported that Grizzlies owner Michael Hiesly had contacted Iverson’s agent Leon Rose and asked for a decision on Iverson’s future.
Iverson left the Grizzlies on Nov. 9 to attend to personal matters, just days after telling the media he was unhappy to be coming off the bench in Memphis.
