In this week’s burning questions, we had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff Van Raaphorst, an Arizona State Football legend. He led Arizona State to its first Rose Bowl appearance, defeating Michigan 22-15, back in 1987. Van Raaphorst passed for 193 yards and two touchdowns in the game, out-dueling the Wolverines’ Jim Harbaugh, and capturing Rose Bowl MVP honors.

As Brian Cook just posted , the rumors are swirling that Lloyd Carr is toast. Thus far none of the Michigan media seem to be picking up on the story and, as one might expect, the university has nothing to say on the topic. After all, it's Ohio State week and they're too busy fluffing the campus for GameDay's imminent arrival.
