Power Player Auditions for Ducks

Every year the Ducks hold auditions for their on-ice version of the Laker girls. This year the auditions will be held tomorrow on Tuesday, July 15, at Anaheim Ice. The Power Players perform a variety of functions for the Ducks, including greeting fans, shoveling the ice during TV time-outs, helping with on-ice and in-stand promotions, as well as being actively involved in Fan Development and Community Relations events. The minimum age is 19. In years past, the Ducks dangled dangerously close to age discrimination but placing an age range of 19 - 25 years, which of course is illegal.
