I love these types of articles.  I plan on writing some for mets pitchers when I get the chance

I had used Mike Fast script to spider the data and parse it into a database and basically im wanting to know two things.

    1) What program to do use to produce the graphs?

    2) What query in SQL should I do to get this?  Basically what Im wanting to do is break it down to  what pct does this pitcher throws this type of pitch on this count .  I cant figure in MYSQL how to do this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
