Arenas could be back with Wizards this week
Gilbert Arenas said he plans on undergoing an MRI exam on his surgically repaired left knee Monday or Tuesday and if the results come back positive, he may return to game action as soon as Wednesday night, when the Washington Wizards open a two-game trip against the Orlando Magic .
