Gilbert Arenas didn’t practice on Sunday after the Wizards medical staff determined he has a sprained right wrist.“Before the Wizards practiced this morning, I watched Gilbert Arenas attempt a couple of warm-up shots. They missed everything and he started messing with his right wrist and soon called for the athletic trainers to check him out.” There is no word on how serious the sprain is but he is expected to play tomorrow. Hopefully this isn’t serious:
Before the Wizards practiced this morning, I watched Gilbert Arenas attempt a couple of warm-up shots. They missed everything and he started messing with his right wrist and soon called for the athletic trainers to check him out.
Turns out he sprained his right wrist in the late stages of last night’s game when he fouled Le Bron James and it must have stiffened up on him overnight. He didn’t mention a problem with the wrist during his postgame presser.

With Game 2 tipping off in less than eight hours, the Washington Post Wizards Insider sheds some light on what may be an interesting development: Gilbert Arenas’ injured right wrist . When I first read the blurb, I thought that he may had done it early in the fourth quarter, which could have lent some insight into his airball runner from the block when they were down four.
