Attorney says Fulmer will fight subpoena

The attorney for University of Tennessee head football coach Phillip Fulmer said Tuesday that he will fight to prevent Fulmer from having to give a deposition in a civil lawsuit filed against the NCAA and others by disassociated University of Alabama booster Wendell Smith.
