When you think of out of control, crazy soccer hooligans, you don't think of Austria (the Governator , wallabies , skiing, Mozart , maybe...) That might change soon. To boost the soccer cred of its near-anonymous Euro country, Austria is soliciting the advice of a vocal coach to make sure its fans are as boisterous as they come come the European Cup this summer.
