Lebron James says that his future for the Cleveland Cavaliers will probably not be decided until after the 2009-10 season according to NBA.com.
The most James has said about his future is when he introduced to the world his newest shoe, the Nike Air Max LeBron VII, in his hometown of Akron, Ohio.
James could still sign an extension at the highest salary allowed of up to three years. This is as long as he signs before June 30, 2010. He can also pick up an option on his present contract that can extend his deal through the 2010-11 season worth $17.1 million, which is roughly $1.5 million more than what he will make next season.

Timberwolves Announce In-Principle Deal for Kurt Rambis as New Head Coach

The Minnesota Timberwolves announced that Kurt Rambis and the team have reached an agreement in principle to make Rambis the ninth head coach in the team's 20-year history. Per team policy, terms of the agreed-upon contract were not released, but the contract is believed to be a four-year, $8 million deal.
Timberwolves President of Basketball Operations David Kahn will host a press conference at 2:00 p.m. today (Monday) in the Target Center media room to address the agreement. Rambis is scheduled to be introduced as Timberwolves Head Coach at a 1:00 p.m. press conference tomorrow (Tuesday, Aug. 11).
