Ernie, Charles and Kenny certainly didn't pull any punches last night on 'Inside the NBA,' roasting recently fired Mavericks head coach Avery Johnson. Minus making fun of the time Avery popped Josh Howard in the gunney sack , no topic was left untouched. "There's no loyalty in Dallas." Ouch. Even I found that a little cold, Kenny ... and I make fun of everything!
