At a time when the Miami Dolphins are commencing negotiations with multiple candidates to be the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, there’s an unusual report in the Palm Beach Post suggesting that the Fins are limiting, not expanding, the field. Edgar Thompson reports that Boston College quarterback Matt Ryan isn’t one of the persons on whom the team is focusing. Thompson cites an NFL source for his report.  And since Dolphins V.P. of football operations Bill Parcells is notoriously tight-lipped in matters of this nature, we can’t help but wonder whether the “NFL source” is ...
