John Franco recent appearance on “The Best Damn Sports Show Period.” was pretty entertaining. Besides the fact that he was interview by the usual hosts, the panel included David Wells who pitched for the Yankees when John was with the Mets. So, when the Subway Series and the Clemens/Piazza broken bat throwing incident came up it was interesting to watch and listen to both former players perspectives. John Franco recently appeared on FOX’s Best Damn Sports Show Period, during which he talked about his days with the Mets, the 2000 Subway Series and the weird things guys do to pass time in the bullpen.
