In my opinion the Bears have one of the best scouting departments in the league.  That starts with Director of Pro Personnel Bobby DePaul and Director of College Scouting Greg Gabriel.  Recently an assistant of DePual, Morocco Brown signed with the Washington Redskins as their Director of Pro Personnel.
