Update! Ohio State insists again on Terrelle Pryor's crazy 40 time
Dr. Saturday —
Watching my inbox fill up with the indignant wrath of Ohio State fans deeply invested in every obscure aspect of their Buckeyes' honor is so much fun, it really is. So much so that, even as reluctant as I am to devote two posts in the same week to something as ephemeral, unreliable and ultimately irrelevant as a 40-yard dash time, I feel somewhat obligated after my innocent but incredulous response ...
The Morning After: August 17, 2008
Sparty and Friends —
Good Monday morning! I trust you all had a great, relaxing weekend. Mine included a lot of travel by air and by land in a journey from Jacksonville to Nashville to Jasper, Indiana. While I was on my travels, I managed to miss just about every significant sporting event not called the Titans vs. Buccaneers preseason game. By the way, for our great and wonderful website leader…RINGER!!
I guess it’s just a sign of the times that I ...

Pryor’s Freshman Struggles Pay Off
lebrownstown.com 8/13/2009 — The scoreboard at Ohio Stadium read third down, the Buckeyes needing one yard. Terrelle Pryor took the snap, then deviated from the designed play. Ruthless Pryor Leads Driven Bucks
lebrownstown.com 8/21/2009 — Ohio State football might finally have that confidence, that edge, and that tenacity. While all of the talk about the SEC’s superiority in the college football ranks focuses on speed and athleticism, it’s really more about attitude than anything else.
For the past few years, the Buckeyes have ...
