Tatum Bell is back with the Lions. The running back has agreed to a one-year, $1.6-million deal, according to a source. Bell's agent, Kennard McGuire, confirmed there was an agreement Monday, but did not confirm the terms. It seemed unlikely Bell would return to Detroit after last season.
