Initially, we thought this might be in relation to Brady Quinn, whose given name is Brayden and is from a suburb of Columbus, Ohio. Then we read more. And we couldn't help but point this out because seeing kids suffer in any way is, well, awful.

So this Tim Brown stock thing, it's not a fluke. Brown's initial pick of Microsoft as a stock to buy was $29.39 a share at Friday's close. As of 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, the Bill Gates-owned company was up to $30.25 a share, meaning you've made almost a dollar a share if you listened to the former Notre Dame Heisman Trophy winner.
