The Philadelphia Eagles are not giving up their pursuit of Terrell Owens' money as they have now formally filed a lawsuit against the wide receiver. The suit would require Owens to pay back his bonus money, as reported by Yahoo! Sports : The suit for nearly $770,000 was filed in U.S. District Court on Monday.
