The Fourth Period had this one nailed last Monday: UFA defenseman Brian Campbell is now a member of the Chicago Blackhawks, signing an eight-year, $56.8 million according to TSN. Here's hoping the bridges in the Windy City have been reinforced as old man Wirtz spins in his grave. We hope to summarize some of the highlights a bit later, but the most noteworthy name in the mix—Brian Campbell, is scrawled across a Chicago Blackhawks contract.
