Aren’t we all glad that the Red Sox didn’t trade for Johan Santana and give up the pitching talent? I’d have to think the Red Sox might hold on to Julian Tavarez for a little while now with this injury to Schilling.
It also looks like the Red Sox may try to void his 1-year contract according to Tony Massarotti.
