According to Lt. Paul Dondero of the Costa Mesa Police Department, there were no indications of drug or alcohol use by Rampage Jackson at the time of his arrest. Despite the wild nature of his destructive actions, the Costa Mesa police do not believe intoxication by any narcotic or alcohol was a contributing factor.
